Shipping

We don’t ship online orders to store locations.

Our orders ship via UPS within 48 continental U.S. states and Alaska and Hawaii. UPS does not service P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses. We are currently not offering services to U.S. Territories and international countries.

Franchise / Wholesale / Reselling

We discontinued our wholesale program but you can still get a discount with our Volume Discount Program (only available for our bulk website).

We don’t franchise, all USA Daiso stores are corporate owned and operated.

Return and Exchanges

email us your order number, the barcodes, number of pieces damaged and photo of the damages as soon as you receive your order

We have a no return and no exchange policy unless the item is defective or damaged. Keep the receipt and contact the store where you purchased the item within a week.
